At FarmEthics, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality farm produce and products to your doorstep in the most efficient and sustainable manner. We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Definitions:

  • Shipment Time: The time at which your order, in part or whole, leaves our farm or warehouse and is handed over to our delivery partners.
  • Delivery Time: The time taken by our logistics partners to bring your order to your specified location.

Shipping Timeline

Our goal is to dispatch your fresh farm produce and products as soon as possible to maintain quality and freshness. Typically, orders are shipped within 0-5 business days from the date of purchase.

We undertake to hand over your order to our logistics partner within 5 business days of order placement. However, shipping times may vary based on product availability and harvesting schedules.

Delivery times depend on your location and external factors such as weather conditions, transportation availability, and local regulations. Below are the estimated delivery timelines:

Delivery Process

  • Our logistics partner may contact you via phone, email, or SMS before delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, transportation issues, or logistical challenges.
  • The estimated delivery time will be provided on the order summary page and in your confirmation email.
  • If delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you, but refunds cannot be claimed for delays beyond our control.

Multiple Orders & Address Changes

  • If you order multiple products, we will attempt to deliver them together, but this depends on stock availability.
  • Deliveries can only be made to one address per transaction. To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
  • Deliveries will be made to the person present at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Damages & Liability

  • We are not liable for damages incurred during transit due to mishandling by the logistics provider.
  • We do not offer refunds or compensation for delays in delivery.
  • We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy for resolution procedures.

Delivery Charges

We do not charge additional shipping fees for standard deliveries.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, even if the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe.
  • We do not allow exchanges, returns, or refunds for farm produce and other perishable items, except in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders valued below INR 500. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
